COLOR and HEIGHT (High Top or Low) - NEW SHOES ONLY if you are supplying the shoes. Any detected used shoes will be returned.

DATE : This is imperative. The style shoe and color will determine date availability as well as production. If you would like a built from scratch custom Chucks before production; please place your order 60-90 days PRIOR to requested date. Other footwear is negotiable based on availability. required
